By using Bettinka and placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and prices

We describe products and prices as accurately as we can. Prices, availability and promotions may change; the price you pay is the one confirmed at checkout.

3. Orders and payment

An order is accepted once payment is confirmed. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, missing stock or suspected fraud, and refund any payment made.

4. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout and are estimates. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered.

5. Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges follow the store's return policy. Items must be returned in their original condition within the stated period.
